Maintenance of Building Equipment

Coordinated equipment servicing to maintain asset values and reduce service disruption.  We develop asset maintenance strategies to ensure statutory compliance and to achieve efficiencies and savings in the operation of major plant and equipment.

Garden Maintenance

Lawn mowing, garden maintenance and general clean-ups. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and recreation areas, including barbeque facilities

Building Asset Registers

Maintain accurate fixed plant and equipment registers through regular monitoring and compliance assessments.

Security and Related Access Systems

Maintain swipe card access records and coordinate the issuing of new cards and key monitoring. Management of CCTV systems.

Contract Management

  • Management of specialist building service contracts including fire systems and certification. Maintain approved contractor registrations, insurances, trade licencing and business registrations.
  • Management and procurement of new contractors and market testing to ensure value for money of current and future services.
  • Supervise existing and arrange new service contracts for the following:
  • Common property cleaning
  • Irrigation systems
  • Mechanical plant maintenance
  • Fire system maintenance
  • Emergency lighting testing and maintenance
  • Lift maintenance
  • Hydraulic service maintenance

  • Intercom and security system maintenance
  • Garage basement and automatic door servicing

Building and Condition Reports

Preparation of building reports monitoring hazards and the general condition of common property and equipment.  Building reports are customised to client requirements and record details or reactive and preventative maintenance both completed and scheduled.
